The Bristol 404 was a luxury British sports car manufactured between 1953 and 1958. It was a two seater coupe and there was a four door version, the 405. The car had a short wheelbase and had an improved gearbox. Front disc brakes were also fitted. The 404 also dropped the BMW style radiator grille the previous models had.
This car had a very popular design and was considered a luxury car in time. It had a much shorter gear lever and also an improved gearbox to offer drivers.
The Bristol 404 was used in many film productions this was quite a popular car. The 405 was the only four door car that Bristol ever built. It also featured a locker that held the spare wheel.
